The Clinical Excellence Lead position on Aspen Ward at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Oldham is a pivotal role aimed at enhancing the quality of care in a 22-bedded female unit for working age adults. This position involves providing professional and clinical leadership by ensuring evidence-based nursing practices are adhered to, promoting staff learning and development, and driving improvements in inpatient services aligned with the Trust's strategic goals. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, support for complex case management, and active participation in clinical governance to uphold high standards of patient care and safety.

In addition to leading practice development and education, the Clinical Excellence Lead will foster an environment that prioritizes patient and family involvement in care decisions and maintain compliance with relevant care standards and legislation.
