The HR Business Partner - Quality & Governance role at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust involves leading the People Services team during a period of transformation focused on quality improvement. The successful applicant will drive initiatives to redesign HR processes, maintain legal compliance of policies, and lead performance management to meet the Trust's people-related priorities, ultimately aiming to improve staff recruitment, retention, and development.
