Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Pain Management for their Musculoskeletal Early Intervention Service at Chirk Hospital. The position is initially advertised as a band 7 role, but candidates lacking the required skills may still apply and will be considered under a development plan lasting up to three years. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in pain management, the ability to assess patients' complex needs using a biopsychosocial approach, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The role also involves leadership responsibilities in motivating and developing others in the field of pain management.

Applicants should be eager to improve patient care, and mentorship and education opportunities will be provided. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but candidates who are fluent in either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply.
