NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join the mental health team at Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, located at St Michaels Hospital in Warwick. The role involves managing a caseload of clients with mental health conditions and providing support and leadership to students, junior staff, and volunteers through supervision and appraisal.
In addition to direct client care, the Occupational Therapist will collaborate with the OT leadership team and other staff to lead and contribute to projects focused on enhancing the experiences of inpatient service users and their carers. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
