The Lead Administrator for the Patient & Family Support Service at St Clare Hospice in Harlow is a key administrative role within a rapidly expanding team that aims to enhance hospice care for patients and their families. The position entails providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating volunteer activities, managing patient referral processes, and facilitating communication between clinical and non-clinical staff. The role requires proficiency in clinical information systems, specifically SystmOne, and involves training staff on its use.

In addition to the core administrative duties, the Lead Administrator will be responsible for developing efficient processes, managing small projects, and ensuring timely communication with external agencies and stakeholders.
