The Deputy Integrated Procurement Manager position at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is a pivotal role within the newly formed One LSC Procurement team, serving multiple NHS trusts across the Lancashire and South Cumbria region. This role involves the operational supervision of a cost-effective purchasing program aimed at achieving financial savings and value for money. The post holder will collaborate closely with the Integrated Procurement Manager to develop and implement the Trust's Procurement Strategy, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and departmental policies, while focusing on delivering a high-quality service.

Additionally, the Deputy Manager will work with a range of stakeholders, including procurement professionals both regionally and nationally, to secure optimal value through strategic sourcing. This includes assisting in the standardisation of products and collaborating with finance teams to navigate financial impacts on procurement processes. The successful candidate will need to maintain a customer-focused approach and uphold professional standards throughout their engagements.
