The University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust is seeking a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (tACP) with nursing or Allied Health Professional (AHP) experience, particularly in Cardiology. The successful candidate will join the Acute Coronary Syndrome/Cardiology ACP team and will work collaboratively with a multi-professional team to provide advanced clinical care, contributing to the management of inpatients in the coronary care unit and wards.

This role involves training towards a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice while developing clinical knowledge and leadership skills. The tACP will operate under supervision, focusing on the four pillars of Advanced Practice: Clinical Practice, Leadership and Management, Education, and Research. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, and evaluating patient care, alongside maintaining relationships with various healthcare team members.

Candidates should demonstrate relevant clinical experience, particularly in acute care or cardiology, and possess strong organisational and communication skills.
