ProblemShared is looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join their Neurodevelopmental team in a remote role focusing on Autism assessment. The successful candidate will conduct assessments for adults and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly Autism, and will be involved in making diagnostic decisions while considering differential and co-occurring conditions. The position also includes supervisory responsibilities, the potential for research involvement, and the opportunity to provide guidance and consultation to other professionals in the organisation.

The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for risk assessment and management, communicating sensitively with clients regarding their assessment and treatment plans, and offering training to staff working with this client group. The role requires ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in psychology are upheld and encourages contributions to service audits and evaluations to enhance service delivery. Regular clinical supervision will be provided, ensuring support for the psychologist's growth and adherence to high standards of care.
