Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Senior Test Analyst to join its newly formed Digital Transformation Team in Williamstown. Under the supervision of the Digital Transformation Programme Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with clinical and operational colleagues to enhance patient and community outcomes as part of the CTM 2030 strategy. The role requires deep knowledge of testing methodologies, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to develop and maintain project test strategies in alignment with health board specifications.

The Senior Test Analyst will manage testing cycles for complex digital projects, offer specialist advice on software testing across various digital and data environments, and ensure compliance with established testing standards. The position, which involves engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels to address testing requirements and issues, is fixed-term until September 30, 2026. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but applicants who speak either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities also include leading testing meetings, producing documentation, and communicating testing outcomes effectively.
