£26,000 to £28,000 a year  PERMANENT 
The Training and Education Co-ordinator at Affinity Care in Bradford is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for training and HR functions within the organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR and collaborating closely with the Lead Partner for Training and Education, the postholder will assist with processes such as onboarding, recruitment, maintaining employee records, absence management, and payroll support. Key responsibilities also include coordinating training sessions, managing training records, supporting medical students, and overseeing the apprenticeship portal, while ensuring effective communication and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and time management skills, along with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. They will be familiar with HR systems and actively contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also entails assisting HR colleagues in various employee-related documentation and meetings, as well as supporting ad-hoc HR projects.
