The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team in Shrewsbury, focusing on supporting children and young people with learning disabilities (LD) and/or autism who experience mental health challenges and concerning behaviors. This role emphasises delivering high-quality clinical services, managing a complex caseload, and providing specialized assessments and interventions tailored to each young person's functional needs. The position allows for the development of skills in sensory integration therapy, with access to a dedicated sensory integration treatment space.

Candidates will work within a multi-disciplinary team comprising experienced professionals, including another Occupational Therapist and an Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner, to enhance the quality of life for young individuals facing high-risk behaviors.
