Carlton Group Practice in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their team on a full-time basis, with part-time options also available. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in primary care and a strong commitment to professional development, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The HCA will work under the supervision of the nursing team to assist in delivering patient care, which includes tasks like conducting health checks, supporting chronic disease management, performing phlebotomy, and preparing clinical rooms.
