The role of Medical Receptionist at Penrhyn Bay & Deganwy Medical Centre involves supporting a team in providing high standards of patient care to a community of 6000 patients. Key responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling prescriptions, booking appointments, responding to queries, and maintaining both computerized and manual filing systems. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills, and demonstrate a commitment to patient service. While previous experience in a GP surgery and knowledge of EMIS web is desirable, training will be provided for those without prior experience.
