This is a temporary Chef role at Barchester Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in the UK with over 224 homes and hospitals. As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor the menus to their needs. You will help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, and help create a warm, efficient, and fun environment. You will also be responsible for managing stock control, completing regular audits, and assisting in leading and motivating a team.
