The Nursing Associate - Community role at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in Stockton on Tees requires candidates to have completed the Nursing Associate foundation degree and be registered with the NMC. The position is part of the ALD North Tees Community Team, which provides collaborative support for individuals with learning disabilities in Stockton and Hartlepool.
