The post holder will help achieve positive media coverage for Swansea Bay Health Charity (SBHC) supporting effective reactive media relations, responding to media requests/calls from journalists as appropriate.
The post holder will help achieve positive media coverage for Swansea Bay Health Charity (SBHC) supporting effective reactive media relations, responding to media requests/calls from journalists as appropriate. This involves exchanging complex, sensitive or contentious information, where barriers to understanding may exist or co-operation is required. Collate material for replies for inquiries that require approval from a senior team member, ensuring queries are answered quickly, highly efficiently and effectively. Refering calls to other members of the team as necessary.
Assisting with the Charities administration of email & letter correspondence, as well as event planning.
Working autonomously the post holder is a key member of the Charity Team who will support the maintenance and promote the profile of Swansea Bay Health Charity amongst staff, patients, stakeholders, media and the general public.
