The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Therapy Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) for a permanent, full-time position within the Stroke Rehabilitation Team in Rotherham. This role involves working alongside a compassionate multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Clinical Psychologists, to provide holistic rehabilitation for stroke survivors. The team delivers integrated care across various settings, emphasizing patient-centered support and timely discharge processes.

The successful candidate will assist patients with exercises, mobility, and daily living activities, playing a significant role in promoting independence and contributing to national targets in stroke care. While prior rehabilitation experience is desirable, training will be provided for the right applicant. The role requires physical capability, independent travel across Rotherham, and adherence to a flexible schedule that includes weekends and bank holidays. The Trust supports staff development and encourages continuous professional development. Interviews are scheduled for February 18, 2025.
