The role involves supporting individuals aged 14 to 64 who are experiencing first-time psychosis symptoms, with a focus on therapeutic optimism and recovery. The successful candidate will receive an induction, ongoing professional development, and tailored training. The position includes conducting comprehensive assessments and providing various forms of support, such as activities, health lifestyle guidance, education and employment assistance, family interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and medication management.
