The SET CAMHS Senior Practitioner role at NELFT in Basildon offers an opportunity for a qualified professional to join an experienced team providing mental health support to young people (ages 0-18, up to 25 for those with special needs) in the Southend, Essex, and Thurrock areas. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in CAMH services, particularly with various mental health issues, including psychosis, self-harm, low mood, and anxiety.

The position involves implementing therapeutic strategies within the i-Thrive model, supporting the delivery of individual and group therapies, and possibly supervising staff. Candidates are encouraged to develop innovative approaches to assist young people and families. A welcome payment, equivalent to 10% of the annual salary, is available due to recruitment challenges. The role is open to a diverse range of professionals in the mental health field, provided they meet the qualifications outlined in the job specifications.
