The Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Senior Mental Health Nurse to join their team at HMP Gartree, a category B prison in Market Harborough, Leicester. The role involves assessing and managing the mental health needs of patients, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, and developing holistic care plans.
