The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Screening Practitioner (SSP) to join their expanding bowel cancer screening team at Manchester Royal Infirmary. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments during initial phone consultations, facilitating face-to-face appointments, supporting patients on the day of their colonoscopy, and managing patient data within the BCSS system.

Candidates must possess a valid UK driving license and a car, as travel across Greater Manchester is required for patient assessments. Education support is provided, and completion of the mandatory Bowel Cancer Screening Programme Specialist Screening Practitioner Course within two years is a requirement for continued employment.
