The Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a Referral Centre Supervisor to oversee the Referral Centre for the Musculoskeletal Service in Telford, part of a collaborative health initiative across the region. The role involves managing various administrative tasks to support both clinical and administrative teams while ensuring an efficient Referral to Treatment process. Candidates should possess strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a flexible attitude toward a fast-paced work environment.
