The role of Haemoglobinopathy Specialist Nurse Manager at Northampton General Hospital involves providing high-quality nursing support and care for adults with haemoglobinopathy disorders. The post holder will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-focused services, initiate treatments, and educate patients and their families. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, developing and delivering training programs for both patients and healthcare staff, and ensuring compliance with local and national policies.
