East and North Herts NHS Trust is seeking Clinical Support Workers for ward areas in Stevenage, who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. Candidates must be 18 years or older and will need to demonstrate qualities such as kindness, approachability, and the ability to follow instructions. Key responsibilities include patient communication, personal care tasks like washing and dressing, taking physiological observations, and assisting with meals.

This role includes a mandatory 16-month apprenticeship, with prospective candidates undergoing an assessment on November 27, 2024, followed by an interview for successful applicants. Communicating with patients
Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife
Washing / dressing patients
Taking patients physiological observations
Making beds and cleaning bed areas

This is a training post, while applicants must undertake 16 months apprenticeship.

**Applicants will be invited to part take in an online diagnostic assessment of Maths and English in relation to the apprenticeship**
