The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering high-quality, safe healthcare services while acting as a role model for the team and exemplifying the Trust's CARE values. The position emphasises the importance of effective service management to optimize all radiology modalities and contribute to the overall success of the department.
The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of the Radiology administration function at Basingstoke North Hampshire Hospital. This will include the direct line management of the booking and reception staff, waiting list management for both sites and ensuring all modalities are optimised through effective service management.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong managerial skills, and be motivated towards service improvement. They will be expected to review working practices and systems and make recommendations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services, to ensure compliance with all local and national targets.
This role is required to support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service. All staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate the Trust's CARE values.
