The role of "Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) Trainer" at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Newport involves delivering PMVA training to staff within the Mental Health and Learning Disability Division. Key responsibilities include ensuring staff competency in PMVA, conducting face-to-face training, and handling data-related tasks such as entry, verification, and progress tracking.
