Band 5: £29,970 to £36,483 a year per annum pro rata  FIXEDTERM 

Are you an experienced trainer and do you enjoy all aspects of training? Do you have experience of delivering Clinical Systems training? Our NHS Foundation Trust offers you the opportunity to broaden your clinical system knowledge and train on five systems- RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, Lilie and SoelHealth - across both mental health and physical health services.

We are looking for a full time Trainer ( 37.5 hours a week) on a fixed term basis until March 2026.

Our priority is to promote consistent and robust system use by all staff. You will be delivering classroom, remote (virtual) training, small group, and 1-1 training to an excellent standard and responsible for developing and maintaining effective training materials. As a team we also look to how new technologies can assist and enhance our sessions and learning; and would welcome any previous knowledge you can bring to this.

  • To provide efficient, flexible, high quality training for clinicians and administrative support staff to ensure effective use of clinical information systems within the Trust.
  • To develop and deliver programmes of training to staff so that they are competent and confident in using clinical information systems.
  • To develop an effective evaluation system to improve and develop the quality of training provided.
  • To contribute to the improvement in clinical care provided within the local health community by the use of leading edge technology.
  • To provide ongoing support and training to staff post training to ensure the system is used to its maximum capacity
