The Thrive Programme Manager at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for overseeing an 18-month initiative aimed at maximizing the benefits of the Epic Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system implemented in April 2019. This role involves managing three key projects focused on enhancing induction training, optimizing specialty functions, and supporting administrative teams. The Programme Manager will monitor project scope, ensure timely delivery, compile management reports, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote engagement.

Candidates should have experience in project or programme management within a healthcare environment, along with an understanding of improvement methodologies and knowledge of Agile practices. The position is part of a significant investment effort valued at £2.2 million and is critical to improving clinical efficiency, user wellbeing, data quality, and overall staff satisfaction at the hospital.
