We currently have an excellent opportunities for a Fixed Term band 3 administrator within our Single Point of Access team to support the referrals for 111, Children and Young People's Mental Health, and Neurodevelopmental Service. The position will contribute to the efficient running of the team. The successful candidates will help strengthen our current team, improving communication and making responses quicker.
You will possess excellent administrative skills and telephone skills and should be able to develop good working relationships with colleagues. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to prioritise your workload. You will support the processing and management of all referrals in a timely and efficient way ensuring that tasks are completed to high standards.
