Job Summary: Practice Nurse at Waterfront Surgery, Brierley Hill
Waterfront Surgery is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join their team within the social care centre. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards and competencies. Key responsibilities include child immunisations, wound care, cervical screening, administering vaccines, family planning, ear irrigation, and performing ECGs and phlebotomy.
The role requires ongoing monitoring of care standards and participation in clinical governance and audit activities to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. Experience in managing patients with diabetes, hypertension, and asthma is preferred. The practice is rated 'Good' by CQC and values a supportive and collaborative environment among its staff.
