This is a temporary Bank Nurse role with Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK. The role involves providing care for people with neurological and long-term conditions at the Lakefields Neurological Centre in Chigwell. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will provide a high level of personal and rehabilitative care to people of all ages living with neurological and long-term conditions, including those with physical disabilities and recovering from traumatic injuries. You will have the freedom to choose your own shifts, with weekdays, nights, and weekend shifts regularly available. The service operates 24/7, with 12.5-hour standard shifts. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering great healthcare and making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable individuals.

There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts at Lakefield Neurological centre secured that you want.

Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parking and more.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Lakefields Neurological Centre will be a 22-bed service that delivers specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy services for people with complex long-term neurological conditions who require ongoing support and assistance to maximise their functional ability and improve their quality of life. The Centre specialises in neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy and ventilator care. Bedrooms are adapted to individual requirements, fitted with high dependency equipment including ceiling track hoists, wall mounted suction and oxygen equipment. There are also well-equipped therapy facilities, spacious lounge areas and wheelchair access to beautiful gardens.
