CLINICAL PATHWAY FAMILY MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The Parent Infant Psychotherapist or Family Systemic Psychotherapist at 306 North London NHS Foundation Trust will join the Tri-borough 0-5s Pathway within the Enfield CAMHS team, focusing on providing therapeutic support to families during pregnancy and for children up to five years old. The role involves conducting specialized assessments and developing individualized evidence-based care packages, employing both group and individual therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to perinatal and infant mental health and possess relevant therapeutic experience, ideally with qualifications in parent-infant therapeutic work.

Key responsibilities include performing in-depth psychological assessments, formulating treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and providing guidance to enhance understanding of infant mental health. The post holder will engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration, contribute to safeguarding and care planning, and promote skill development across the early years system, including offering training and consultations. Travel between family centers and CAMHS bases, as well as across the Tri-Borough area, will be required.
