UCLH@Home is an NHS service that helps by supporting patients to leave hospital once medically optimised and safe to be managed in the community. Whilst under this service patients remain under the care of their consultant team.
This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024. Please note if your employment starts before the 24/25 pay scales are implemented you will be paid under the 23/24 pay scales and any backpay will be adjusted accordingly. As a member of our Team your role will include direct care delivery within the Patient's own homes. This role will be primarily working within the new Blood Transfusion pathway and so will require a innovative individual used to working in a flexible manner.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
