Our client is a bubbly individual that loves engaging with books, playing games and getting outside.
The Support Worker will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines, assisting with the care programme, household cleaning, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires previous experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
You will be a part of a team delivering care – this role will be 3-4 shifts per week.
8:30pm - 7:30am (Waking Nights) Day shift - 3 days per week (Monday - Sunday) (Flexible on days) 4pm -8pm
