This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cardiff South West Cluster team delivering a range of health and social care services to the Cluster population. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, customer focused, individual to join on a part-time position.
Cardiff South West Cluster comprises of 9 GP practices, working closely with key partner organisations to provide for the health and wellbeing of the cluster population based in Ely, Caerau, Canton, Riverside, Pontcanna with approximately 75,000 patients.

As a Cluster Pharmacist, based in the Integrated Care Hub, your role will be to ensure that a comprehensive service is delivered to both staff and patients.
We are looking for a professional, patient focused and hardworking individual, with a genuine passion for speaking to patients, eager to learn and keen to deliver in both performance and patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with interpersonal and organisational skills to work as part of Cardiff South West Cluster team.
We are looking for a reliable person who must be able to work on their own initiative to support a team. You will be highly organised, proactive, professional and an excellent communicator and be an integral part of the team to provide a high standard of service to colleagues and patients.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
