The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking Rehabilitation Coaches for their spinal and neuro rehabilitation wards at the University Hospital Llandough in Penarth. Candidates will support multidisciplinary teams in delivering holistic rehabilitation to patients with life-changing spinal or brain injuries. Responsibilities include implementing person-centered activities, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and providing rehabilitation services seven days a week, involving weekend and holiday shifts.
