The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Physiotherapist Team Leader to oversee the Musculoskeletal Outpatients team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. This dynamic role is aimed at experienced physiotherapists with a strong background in assessing and treating both acute and chronic conditions within an acute NHS setting. Key responsibilities include managing a complex caseload, participating in triage, supporting junior staff, and contributing to service development and training initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates should have demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop both qualified and non-qualified staff.
