About us You will assist with the day to day running of the Emergency Department, ensuring the highest possible quality of care is delivered to patients, relatives and carers who attend. You will provide Assessment, care and treatment to all patients who present to the Alexandra Emergency Department. You will support the band 7 in their responsibility for ensuring and maintaining of a clinical environment in which care and compassion is constantly demonstrated seven days, twenty four hour service. You will maintain develop your own professional development including attending all statutory, mandatory and trust specific training. You will use effective communication skills of negotiation, persuasion and empathy to enable timely and effective communication with your own staff and the wider MDT team and other agencies.
