The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Dietitian for a temporary full-time position (1.0 WTE) over 9 months, with the possibility of extension. This role, based in Fazakerley, Liverpool, entails providing nutrition and dietetic services to a diverse caseload of patients, particularly those with neurological and neurosurgical conditions. The Dietitian will conduct nutritional assessments, develop and monitor care plans, and provide evidence-based dietary advice, ensuring that the advice is culturally and socially appropriate. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, contributing to policy development, delivering training to healthcare professionals, and facilitating patient education sessions.
