The Holgate Primary Care Network (PCN) seeks a Pharmacy Hub Senior Administrator to provide essential administrative support within their new Pharmacy Hub and across the network. The role allows for both full-time and part-time applications and involves close collaboration with clinical pharmacists and various healthcare professionals. The primary responsibilities include managing communication, coordinating pharmacist workloads, assisting with clinical pathways, and supporting key projects related to medication safety and prescribing. The administrator will maintain a positive environment for patients and staff, demonstrate effective communication skills, and work autonomously on projects while adhering to quality and confidentiality standards.
