Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) for the Kirkby Practice in Nottingham, offering a 30-hour work week. Kirkby Practice are looking for an ANP/ACP for 30 hours per week.
Key duties will include:
- Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
