Cygnet Health Care is seeking a full-time Support Worker to join their team at Cygnet Nield House in Crewe. The role involves working a 42-hour week, with a mix of day and night shifts, to provide high-quality care for women in two specialized mental health wards: Clarion Ward, which caters to women with complex personality disorders and disordered eating, and Compton Ward, which offers acute services. Responsibilities include delivering enhanced care, offering emotional and physical support, assisting with medical needs, and maintaining a safe environment.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of those they care for, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented setting. Experience in mental health support is preferred, and successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
