St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Scrub Senior Staff Nurse for its Day Surgery Unit in Tooting. The ideal candidate will have significant surgical experience, preferably in Orthopaedics or Plastics, and will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high care standards, and supporting managerial functions within the unit. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic environment, including rotation into other specialist roles like Scrub or Recovery.

Applicants must be Registered Nurses with substantial post-registration experience at Band 5/6 or equivalent. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a willingness to take charge of the unit and mentor junior team members.
