The Wellbeing and Employee Experience Administration Coordinator at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board plays a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of staff and enhancing their employee experience. The position involves a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing communications, coordinating meetings, and assisting the Assistant Director in building relationships with stakeholders. The coordinator will also be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of employee-focused initiatives, handling sensitive queries, and fostering a supportive environment for all staff.

Ideal candidates should have prior administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organisational skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy. A Vocational Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
