A new Performance team is being formed at CUH. Alongside the existing Delivery team, it will form the new Performance and Delivery department led by the Director of Operational Strategy, reporting into the Deputy Chief Executive.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to join Cambridge University Hospitals as part of this newly-established team, benefiting our patients, colleagues, organisation and local system.
The Business Intelligence Partner will have a pivotal role in supporting the Performance team to effectively use, share and provide access to timely and understandable data.
They will provide regular reports, as well as designing new dashboards and supporting time-limited programmes relating to the diagnosis of drivers of poor performance and associated opportunities.
The post-holder will therefore be adaptable to the changing strategic priorities of the Trust and will develop effective working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, particularly our in-house Information Management team. They will use their analytical abilities to identify risks and issues, and to provide insight on Trust performance, to help improve the care for our patients.
