The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Trainee Senior Clinical Technologist in Radiation Engineering, ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their careers in radiation engineering. The position offers a salary ranging from £31,473 to £33,721, with potential to rise upon completion of a two-year IPEM Clinical Technologist Training scheme that leads to registration as a Clinical Technologist. Candidates should possess a relevant BEng or BSc degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Level 4 qualifications with applicable experience.

The role involves maintaining and managing radiotherapy equipment, including linear accelerators and imaging devices, necessitating development in electronic and mechanical engineering as well as computer control systems.
