This is a role as a Food & Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare's Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. This includes ensuring dining tables are set to standard, keeping the front of house clean and tidy, and replenishing food and drink options throughout the day.
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, your focus will be to support with the dining service and assist residents with their meals. This will involve supporting residents with choosing meal options, ensuring dining tables are set to standard, keeping the front of house clean and tidy, and replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food and fruit throughout the day. You will need to demonstrate compassion, commitment and high standards of personal hygiene to be successful in this role.

We are now seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Food and Beverage Team Member.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
- Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
- Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
- Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
- Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Our ideal candidate must:
- Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
- Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
- A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
