As a Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role, bringing your organisational skills to ensure our acute and community teams deliver the very best care to our youngest patients and their families.

In this position, you’ll take charge of operational delivery and contribute to the development and improvement of our specialist services. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team, including General Managers and Clinical Leads, to implement and monitor key policies and performance targets. While experience in Paediatrics is welcomed, it’s not essential; we value enthusiasm and a desire to uplift our service quality as much as expertise. More about the NHS
The National Health Service (NHS) is a cornerstone of healthcare in the United Kingdom, established in 1948 with the simple yet profound principle of providing healthcare to all citizens, free at the point of use. This revolutionary system aimed to ensure that access to medical services would not depend on an individual’s financial situation, a concept that has since become fundamental to British societal values.Learn more...
