Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Band 2 Health Care Support Workers for their Cadog ward at Glangwili General Hospital in Carmarthen. This short-stay frailty ward, which includes a 6-bedded assessment unit, offers a supportive environment for staff to develop their skills while providing high standards of care. Positions are available for both full and part-time hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Applicants will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure patients receive safe and individualized care, following care plans as directed by registered nurses and communicating effectively with team members.

Welsh language skills are desirable but not mandatory, as the Health Board is committed to supporting staff in improving their language capabilities.
