The Senior Clinical Coder at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for extracting and analyzing complex clinical information from patient records and translating this data into standardized codes using ICD10 and OPCS classifications. This role requires a qualified Accredited Clinical Coder to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of clinical coding while adhering to national standards. The position involves collaborating with clinical and operational staff to enhance the quality of clinical data for governance, commissioning, and health analysis, as well as providing complex coding advice for financial and audit purposes.

Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent experience in Clinical Coding, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical classifications.
